Preparing Bills and Maintaining adequate cash flow from Client and at Project Site. O&M Projects- Overall Management of the entire Project by visiting the O&M Sites as per requirement, mobiization and augmentation of manpower and other essentials, Preparing details related to the Project for ensuring smooth taking over from existing agencies/Client, maintaining record of system related shortcomings as per design as well as suit to site conditions, Management of Site and Teams.
