ZJELL.com is a global professional online modeling and talent platform operated by MG Materials (India). It provides opportunities for models, photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and fashion industry professionals to network, showcase portfolios, and apply for legitimate modeling and promotional assignments.

By clicking “Submit” or registering on ZJELL.com, you agree to the following:

Comply with all applicable Indian and international laws on copyright, data protection, and online content.
Use the platform solely for professional, non-adult, and lawful modeling-related purposes.
Maintain respectful, non-discriminatory, and professional behavior across all communications and uploads.

ZJELL is a professional fashion and modeling platform, not an escort, dating, or adult-content service.

2. Community Guidelines & Content Restrictions

ZJELL strictly prohibits any content that is:

Fake, misleading, unlawful, or defamatory.
Threatening, harassing, or discriminatory.
Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene.
Related to escort, dating, or adult solicitation.
Promoting drugs, weapons, or illegal activities.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of your profile without refund.

3. Portfolio & Member Responsibility

4. Moderation, Rights & Limitations

Suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice.
Reject portfolios that do not meet professional quality or ethical guidelines.
Use approved portfolios and content for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing.

All platform content and submissions are subject to moderation for safety, professionalism, and brand compliance.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on ZJELL.com (including design, reports, and platform data) is owned by MG Materials and ZJELL Limited.
You must have the legal right to upload and display all photos and videos on your profile.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution of platform content is strictly prohibited.

6. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Portfolio and membership services are activated immediately upon payment.
All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Service cancellations must be initiated through your registered account; email or phone requests are not valid.
Once cancelled, all portfolio data and media are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

7. Age Requirement & Parental Consent

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
Applicants under 18 must register with parental or guardian consent, and provide their contact details for verification.

8. External Links & Third-Party Interaction

Portfolios must not contain adult or paywall links.
ZJELL does not endorse or verify third-party links shared by users.
You are fully responsible for any third-party interaction initiated through your portfolio or social links.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

ZJELL.com is provided “as is” without any warranties.
We do not guarantee:

Specific modeling or casting outcomes.
Accuracy or authenticity of job offers or user claims.
Continuous platform uptime or technical performance.

ZJELL, MG Materials, and ZJELL Limited shall not be held liable for:

Misuse or unauthorized distribution of content.
Disputes or losses arising from user interactions or external links.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination of Access

ZJELL reserves full rights to suspend or delete any account that:

Violates content or community standards.
Engages in spam, bot activity, or fake engagement.
Promotes competing modeling or portfolio websites.
Shares adult, escort, or solicitation-related content.

Termination decisions are final and non-negotiable.

11. Optional Services – Photo Submit, Portfolio & Coaching

ZJELL may offer optional services like Photo Submission, Portfolio Review, and Coaching.
These are add-on paid services subject to separate terms.
Reports or coaching materials provided are confidential and cannot be reused, copied, or distributed without written permission.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of:

India, for users registered through MG Materials (India)

Any legal dispute shall be addressed in the competent courts of New Delhi, India, as applicable.

13. Updates to Terms

ZJELL reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
