1. Order Cancellation
A. Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing cs@zjell.com with your order number.

Orders that have not yet been shipped are eligible for full cancellation and a 100% refund.
B. After Shipment

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our return policy after receiving the item.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

You notify us within 3 days of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags/packaging

3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:

A full or partial refund will be initiated based on the condition of the returned item

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit upon successful return receipt
4. Shipping Charges on Returns

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect

If free shipping was availed, actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund in case of non-defective returns
5. Late or Missing Refunds
